Ingredients
  

For the Ground Turkey

  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons Ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

For the Salad

  • 2 hearts Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup Red onion chopped
  • 1/3 cup Pickles
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Thousand island dressing
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese smoked is best.
  • 1 whole Avocado

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add dried mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast. Mix well. Add pickle juice and adjust for taste. Remove from heat.
  • While the turkey is cooking, chop romaine lettuce, slice onions and halve the cherry tomatoes. Shred cheese.
  • In each serving bowl, add romaine lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cheese and ground turkey. Top with thousand island dressing and sesame seeds.
